Participants of the Miceál Ó Duinn Summer School in August 2000 made an outing to the dancing platform at Killishen, Co Laois. The permanent wooden floor is situated high up a mountain with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. There's been dancing here every Sunday in summer for decades.
